Bank of America, one of the largest companies in the world, has extensive retail branding and merchandising needs for its more than 5,000 locations in the United States. These elements must enhance the customer experience, seamlessly integrate with store design and brand standards, and be modular yet cost effective. For more than ten years, Elisa Winter Holben has been creative directing the majority of the design and development of the bank's retail fixtures. This work includes design strategy, concept design, design development, material selection, engineering oversight, prototype creation, and vendor collaboration.
