Bank of America - Retail Banking
Bank of America, one of the largest companies in the world, has extensive retail branding and merchandising needs for its more than 5,000 locations in the United States. These elements must enhance the customer experience, seamlessly integrate with store design and brand standards, and be modular yet cost effective. For more than ten years, Elisa Winter Holben has been creative directing the majority of the design and development of the bank's retail fixtures. Effective at the start of 2018, Bank of America has named Winter Holben it's official creative partner supporting it's store design and merchandising efforts. This work includes retail experience design, design & development of new elements, ongoing management of the financial center merchandising standards, and coordination and collaboration with other vendor partners.
