Brewery, tasting room and beer garden design

What was a vacant 2,600-square-foot post office building, was repurposed into York Beach Beer Co.—brewery, tasting room, and outdoor beer garden.

Located at Short Sands Beach, this brewery design is the result of a close collaboration with the property owner to revitalize a 60s-era post office into a modern facility, where local York, Maine favorite SoMe Brewing Co.'s sister brewery resides. 

In addition to the construction of the 10bbl brewhouse, additional growth phases are planned, including a potential kitchen build and on-site collaborations with local food vendors.

This adaptive reuse renovation will bring new life to a neglected historic site and add a fresh new destination to the neighborhood.
