The Press Room Third Floor Expansion Approved By Portsmouth HDC as Renovations Continue
Legendary Portsmouth hot spot, The Press Room, is about to get a much needed update - and we are thrilled to be designing and coordinating the renovation and expansion. After months of guiding our clients through the complicated Historic District Commission's (HDC) approval process, construction is in full swing including the expansion of the third-floor. Our plans will maintain the historic integrity of the building while providing additional interior program space, including a new mezzanine area for visitors to enjoy.
