Our Studio at 3 Walker
WINTER HOLBEN is a Kittery, Maine–based architecture and design studio rooted in the Seacoast community. Our work is guided by a belief that thoughtful design can strengthen the connection between people and place. In 2025, we completed the design and development of our own mixed-use studio building, 3 Walker, located in the heart of Kittery Foreside. The building reflects our design values and integrated approach—bringing together architecture, interiors, and art within a contemporary environment that responds thoughtfully to its context and community. Designed with careful attention to performance, locally sourced materials, and responsible use of resources, the project demonstrates our belief that great design emerges through clarity, collaboration, and thoughtful investment.
