Growing Our Retail Environments Team

As we strategically expand our work across design disciplines we’ve made an equal commitment to providing our clients the comprehensive and personal service they’ve come to expect. Over the last year our work with Bank of America and other financial institutions has ramped up significantly. To support this growth we established the position of Design Program Manager, responsible for leading national merchandising and design projects for Bank of America and other retail clients.

We’re proud to announce that Kevin Guay has joined the team to fill this role. With a background in branding and construction management, Guay brings a wide array of knowledge in project and program management, specifically in the fields of retail merchandising and branding. Before joining WINTER HOLBEN Guay successfully managed a diverse portfolio of branding and construction projects for Irving Oil, implementing many large-scale network-wide projects throughout New England.

“I’m delighted to join the team at WINTER HOLBEN, and looking forward to helping the firm build on its already strong reputation for high quality design and architecture,” said Guay, “and am especially excited to tackle the dual challenge of raising the bar internally and ensuring a client experience that exceeds expectations.”

Working in tandem with clients and our internal design team, Guay will be leading current and future initiatives with Bank of America and other retail clients to manage their nationwide branding and merchandising programs, and oversee the creation and implementation of site-specific design intent packages for individual retail locations.

Welcome, Kevin, we’re glad to have you on board!
