Our contemporary "Modern Twist" New Hampshire residence is a feature project in NH Home Magazine, March/April edition.
Located in Dover, NH, this distinct residence enhances the neighborhood and embraces the beauty of the property and location. The existing foundation was repurposed and the team was challenged with rebuilding within the zoning restriction of the current footprint while creatively adding square footage. After a collaborative process the resulting design is a distinct contemporary residence that enhances the neighborhood and embraces the beauty of the property and location by maximizing indoor - outdoor space.The addition of accordion glass doors bring in an abundance of daylight create dramatic views to their back yard.
