When Chris Parker purchased the outdated hilltop property in 2021 he approached WINTER HOLBEN to bring his vision of creating a contemporary forever home to life. Located in the exciting evolving city of Dover NH, the existing foundation was repurposed and the team was challenged with rebuilding within the zoning restriction of the current footprint while creatively adding square footage. After a collaborative process the resulting design is a distinct contemporary residence that enhances the neighborhood and embraces the beauty of the property and location by maximizing indoor - outdoor space.
