WINTER HOLBEN Selected as Part of Design Team for Kittery Community Center Campus Plan
WINTER HOLBEN is proud to announce our role on the selected team for the Kittery Community Center (KCC) Campus Plan Design and Construction Administration Services project. Following a competitive RFP process, our firm was chosen as a key design partner on the team led by Halvorson | Tighe & Bond Studio, a renowned landscape architecture and planning firm with deep expertise in campus and community design.
This important project will guide the transformation and future development of the KCC campus, a vital civic and recreational resource in the heart of Kittery. The effort will include site planning, public engagement, and design solutions that support the town’s goals for connectivity, accessibility, sustainability, and long-term community use.
As a local firm rooted in the Kittery community, we are honored to contribute our architectural and design expertise to help shape a campus that serves residents of all ages. Our team brings a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to support a thoughtful and inclusive vision for the site’s evolution.
