Conceived as a year-round retreat for comfortable, connected living, the home is organized around a central double-height volume that brings openness and clarity to the interior experience. Flanking wings extend outward to form a protected courtyard, creating an inviting entry sequence while balancing privacy with a strong connection to the landscape.
Inside, a light-filled layout supports both gathering and retreat, with large windows oriented to the water and thoughtfully crafted spaces that highlight the interplay of simplicity and warmth. A restrained palette of wood, metal, and neutral tones continues the home’s calm, coastal sensibility.
