Master Planning and Design
In close collaboration with the resort’s new ownership team, WINTER HOLBEN created a five-year master plan for large capital projects and rapidly planned and design a series of guest experience enhancements. Work included unique one-of-a kind shipping container units sited among the trees to replace outdated accommodations, reshaping the food and beverage experience with a focus on top-quality dining, and creating an overall design master plan for the resort of the future.
